Promotion Overview

Promotional Period

Eligibility and how to enter
.1. To be eligible for the promotion and win a prize:
.1.1. You cannot be an employee or contractor of Public Trust;
.1.2. You cannot be "Family" being an employees’ spouse, de facto partner or children.
.1.3. You must have made an Eligible Purchase from a centre or online;
.1.4. You must be a New Zealand resident and 18 years of age or older;
.2. Customers will automatically receive one (1) entry into the promotion draw for every qualifying product purchased during the Promotional Period. Upgrading products in separate purchases do not give additional entries.
.3. No additional forms or actions are required for entry.
.4. The Promotion excludes cancelled purchases of Qualifying Products.

Qualifying Products

.2. Multi-product purchases may result in multiple entries, provided the items are individually listed as Qualifying Products.
Prize Details
.1. There are 8 total prizes available, each consisting of one $500 NZD grocery voucher from New World supermarkets drawn weekly during the promotional period.
.2. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Winner Selection
1. Winners will be drawn and verified by Public Trust or its agents by random electronic selection from all eligible entries.
2. The first eligible winner drawn weekly during the promotional period will win a $500 NZD grocery voucher from New World supermarkets.

Winner Notification
.1. Winners will be notified on Monday- Tuesday each week.
.2. If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days of the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
Prize Collection
.1. Vouchers will be dispatched to the winner via courier after successful contact.
Publicity
.2. Winners' names will not be publicly announced or used for promotional purposes without their explicit consent.
General Conditions
.1. Public Trust reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion (including the choice of retailers for voucher prizes) in the event of technical issues, fraud, or any factors beyond its control.
.2. Public Trust reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who has breached any of these terms and conditions.
.3. All decisions by Public Trust regarding the Promotion are final and binding.
Limitation of Liability
.1. Public Trust is not responsible for any late or misdirected entries, or any failure of technical systems.

Governing Law
