Depending on the situation of the student, you may need to use one, two or three of the following charts in combination. For example, when submitting a refund for an international student, you will need to refer to charts 1, 2 and 3.

5. PTE full fees claim

• Shows how and when the student can be paid the student fees, when the student has withdrawn and is not entitled to a refund.
